As a fully automated system, any wrong input of email address during script purchase would be blamed on customer/buyer. As a result of this, if you know you cannot access your usual email address, we strongly advise to create a new email address to checkout with. Sending a wrong email address to our Automated Delivery System (ADS) after checkout has nothing to do with our company or our Customer Support Team. Reports/Refunds on such case may not be possible, welcomed or processed.

*Most importantly, knowing the automaticity of our website/system (knowing the state of our website to being automated), if a buyer Consciously or Unconsciously makes an Incomplete Payment or a Partial Payment as to what is stated on our website, the buyer may loose this funds to the Blockchain mempool as this is an incomplete payment made to our system. Hence, system would not deliver product files to desired email address. This funds does not get to our servers.

Also once an incomplete payment/underpayment/a partial payment is made, there is no means for top-up or topping up the incomplete payment to make a completion of payment for product files. The only solution to this is remaking a payment with the exact amount as stated on our website. Transaction fee and other fees required by Sender's wallet are up to the sender to deal with. Our system would automatically deliver product files to desired email address upon a complete successful payment made.
